These Terms of Use govern the provision of services of the VLEX ESIM service (hereinafter the “Service”).
By using the Service, the user confirms their agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service description
VLEX ESIM provides access to mobile internet via eSIM technology.
- eSIM provides data-only internet access;
- a phone number is not provided;
- voice calls and SMS are not included in the plan.
2. eSIM activation
- the eSIM is activated automatically when it first connects to a network in the destination country;
- activation period — up to 89 days from the date of purchase;
- after the first connection, the validity period of the plan starts counting down;
- it is recommended to install the eSIM in advance before arriving in the country.
3. Terms of use
- internet quality and speed depend on the local carrier and coverage area;
- the Service automatically connects the user to the available carrier with the best signal;
- switching between carriers may occur automatically;
- the Service does not guarantee stable speed or network availability in all regions.
4. Refunds and exchanges
eSIM is a digital product and a technically complex service.
- after eSIM activation, refunds and exchanges are not possible;
- when purchasing, the user is responsible for checking device compatibility;
- a refund is only possible if the Service is technically unable to provide the service due to its own fault.
5. User responsibilities
- the user must ensure that their device supports eSIM;
- the user independently installs the eSIM profile;
- the user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter;
- it is prohibited to use the Service for illegal purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
VLEX ESIM is not liable for:
- quality of service provided by local carriers;
- speed limitations, blocks, or outages on the side of carriers;
- incompatibility of the user’s device;
- incorrect eSIM installation by the user;
- network interruptions for reasons beyond the control of the Service.
7. Changes to the Terms
The Service reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.
