Supported devices
iPhone XS, XR and newer models support eSIM. For iPhone 16/17 and iPhone Air, support depends on the country of purchase: some devices are eSIM-only, while models from mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao may have limitations.
Galaxy S20–S25, Note 20, Fold/Flip and some A series models are supported. For Samsung, the purchase region is important: certain versions from the USA, Hong Kong and South Korea may not support eSIM.
Includes Google Pixel, Huawei, Oppo, Sony, Xiaomi, Motorola, Honor, Vivo and more. Even if the model is compatible, your phone must be unlocked from your carrier.
